GARDAI have launched an investigation into an arson attack at Conor McGregor's pub yesterday morning.

Emergency services were called to the Black Forge Inn in Drimnagh at around 3am after flames and thick clouds of smoke were seen coming from the front of the premises.

Firefighters and members of An Garda Siochana were in attendance at the Dublin premises which the UFC star bought for close to €2million in 2019.

Sources said a lone male was seen in the vicinity of the premises at 3am on Friday and sources said he is alleged to have poured petrol on the front of the pub and allegedly set it alight.

In a post on X, McGregor posted an aerial view of the pub with the caption 'Unbeatable Black Forge Inn'.

He also tweeted: "I locate criminals in minutes. Vote McGregor," shortly after the aerial view photo.
