5 rookie cops suspended over 'prank'

FIVE trainee gardai have been suspended for allegedly handcuffing another trainee and leaving him under a running shower.
The Mirror understands the incident which has been described by sources as “a prank that got out of hand” is alleged to have occurred in the Garda Training College in Templemore, Co Tipperary within the past two weeks, sources say.
