Work starts on 158-home development

KEEPMOAT AND TOGETHER HOUSING LINK UP TO DELIVER SITE IN HORNSEA

BUILDING work has started on 158 new homes in Hornsea, on a development said to be worth £25m to the town.

Housing developer Keepmoat has joined forces with social housing provider Together Housing on the scheme on Rolston Road.

The estate will be known as The Kilns, and will include two-bedroom bungalows alongside two, three and four bedroom homes.

There will also be 84 affordable homes, with a mix of affordable rent and shared ownership.
