PETERS ON HIS FOUNDATIONS FOR KR SUCCESS
FOR Willie Peters, culture isn't a buzzword - it's the foundation of a successful club.
When the Australian coach took the reins at Hull KR, he brought more than a game plan.
He brought a philosophy rooted in people, trust, and a deep understanding of what makes a successful rugby league club tick.
Peters' coaching ethos and open-door policy has been shaped by years of experience as both a player and a coach, particularly during his time at Wigan Warriors, the very team Hull KR will face in today's Grand Final showdown at the Theatre of Dreams.
"It's probably learning from when I played. To be honest, the club we're playing against this weekend in Wigan was one of the best I experienced in terms of culture," Peters said.
"Their culture goes back many years, and they've built that.
