Prices in Hull postcode skyrocket 27 per cent

HOUSE prices in Hull's HU1 postcode increased by a staggering 26.85 per cent in the 12 months leading to July 2025. New figures also show significant increases in many other HU postcodes.

The data shows how the average house price in each postcode changed in the year leading to July 2025. The numbers also reveal the most desirable postcode in Hull and East Yorkshire as well as the cheapest area to buy a house.
