Charity show in memory of 'brave' Ruby

THE next in a series of fundraising concerts to raise vital funds for the charity Bowel Cancer UK is being held tonight at The Sutton Arms in Bransholme.

All the shows are in memory of local girl Ruby Rogers who lost her battle with bowel cancer.

Ruby was the daughter of Kath Rogers and dad Paul Rogers who is a keyboard player and a well-known musician in the area.

Some of the area's top acts have been involved in the fundraising nights to help make people aware that bowel cancer can affect any age group.
