Suspended jail term for dangerous driving
AN 'extremely raw' man drove dangerously and collided with a car carrying his wife and her new partner.
Kevin Roberts, 40, overtook his wife's vehicle in the incident in Amlwch on Anglesey last November. His wife’s car was slightly damaged but no-one was injured.
Roberts pleaded guilty to dangerous driving. A judge at Caernarfon Crown Court gave him a 10-month jail term, suspending it for 12 months.
The court heard the former couple had been married for 24 years and have five children. But they had split up three weeks before the incident in question.
