It's another empty promise made before elections: BJP

Following the Aam Aadmi Party's (AAP) announcement on Thursday to give monthly financial aid to eligible women beneficiaries in Delhi, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) termed it as an "empty promise" made to the public before the Delhi assembly elections scheduled to be held early next year.
The Delhi unit of the BJP also claimed that the AAP government had made a similar announcement before the Lok Sabha elections and the 2022 Punjab assembly elections but the ruling party "has not been able to provide a single rupee."
