HC Pulls Up Boby Chemmanur For Jail Stay After Bail

The Kerala high court on Wednesday pulled up businessman Boby Chemmanur for refusing to come out of jail for a day despite his bail plea being approved by the court.

A bench of justice PV Kunhikrishnan criticised Chemmanur for his conduct, saying he was "playing drama" in the court. Chemmanur's counsel later apologised to the court for his conduct after the bench threatened to cancel the bail he received in a sexual harassment case.
