DU warns against poll celebrations

The Delhi University (DU) instructed all students to sign affidavits saying they will not use dhols, loudspeakers or pamphlets, or hold roadshows and rallies to celebrate the results of the Delhi University Students Union (DUSU) elections, which are expected on Monday.
