Severe cyclonic storm “Montha” formed over the Bay of Bengal and made landfall near Antarvedipalem in Andhra Pradesh’s Konaseema, between Kakinada and Machilipatnam coasts late on Monday, making its impact felt in neighbouring Odisha.
