Noida builder remanded in 7-day judicial custody

Main promoter of Noida based M/s Unnati Group of Companies was on Friday remanded to one-week judicial custody by the PMLA court of special judge, anti-corruption, CBI, Ghaziabad, after Enforcement Directorate (ED)'s Lucknow zonal unit arrested him from Lucknow under the provisions of Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002, after calling him for questioning in the case on Wednesday, senior ED officials confirmed.

In a press note, the ED officials said the accused Anil Mithas was remanded to judicial custody till April 24.
