The suspense over the seat-sharing arrangement in the opposition INDIA bloc in Bihar continued on Saturday with several rounds of meetings held separately by RJD, Congress, and left partners, people aware of the details said.

- Anirban Guha Roy

They attributed the delay to lack of consensus between the Congress, RJD, the Vikasheel Insaan Party ( VIP), and left parties on seat allotments, keeping the winnability factor in mind.

"There is a likelihood the seat sharing deal would be announced on October 13. There are still some hitch on a few seats and has been worked out, while talks are on over a few seats. The functionary denied any differences within NDA over seat allocation.
