Man killed for uprooting bitter gourd plant in Rohtas

In a tragic incident, a farmer was brutally beaten to death on a petty issue of uprooting a bitter gourd plant on government land at Jagodih village under the jurisdiction of Amjhor police station in Rohtas district on Friday morning.
This is the second brutal murder within 24 hours in Amjhor police station area. Earlier on Thursday, JD-U youth wing Tilouthu block president Rakesh Kumar's father Parasnath Singh (55) was killed with a sharp weapon at Amra village.
