Petitioner stalled govt decision, state tells HC

The government was in the process of taking necessary steps regarding the cancellation of the sub-inspector 2021 recruitment exam following paper leaks; however, it was stalled as the matter became sub-judice, the state government's counsel informed the Rajasthan high court on Thursday.

Additional advocate general Vigyan Shah, representing the state, said, "The petitioner is misleading the court with their statement that the government is delaying to take any decision on the matter. I would like to inform the court that the government has taken necessary steps and was in a decision-making process on this matter. However, the petitioner had filed the petition with a misleading intention and made it a sub-judice matter, stalling our procedure."
