Six Killed in Lightning Strikes Across Bihar

At least six persons were killed as lightning struck at Buxar and West Champaran villages, whereas 10 tribal persons, nine of them children, were injured at Chainpura hilly village under Adhaura police station of Kaimur district on Monday morning, police said.
BUXAR/BETTIAH/BHABUA:
At Buxar, four persons were killed in two separate incidents while five others were injured.
Three persons were killed on the banks of Ganges near Chausa Bazar under Buxar muffasil police station. The victims were identified as Mithlesh Ram and Virendra Gond of Chausa Bazar and Sri Bhagwan alias Jhola Singh of Narbatpur.
The injured included Neeraj Kumar, Amit Chaudhary, Sonu Kumar and one more yet to be identified.
