Seven Arrested in Sasaram MP Assault Case

Seven accused were arrested in connection with two cases registered from both sides following Thursday's clashes between Congress MP from Sasaram, Manoj Kumar, his associates, and villagers at Nathupur village under Kudra police station in Kaimur district, police said.

Police further stated that the first case was filed by villager Akhileshwar Chaubey against MP Manoj Kumar, his brother Mrityunjay Kumar Bharti, and school staff under sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2)(3), 109(1), 303(2), 352, and 351(2)/3(5) of the BNS.
