SC strikes down MP rule denying blind candidates in judicial service

The right against discrimination of people with disability has the same stature as a fundamental right, the Supreme Court on Monday said as it struck down a rule that prevented the blind or those with low vision to join the judicial service in Madhya Pradesh.
