LS and RS pay tributes to Singh, ex-US Prez

Both the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha on Friday paid tributes to former prime minister Manmohan Singh, former US president James Carter Jr., and former members of both Houses, as the Budget session of Parliament commenced.
NEW DELHI: The Lok Sabha also paid tributes to the victims of the Maha Kumbh stampede.
Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar read out the obituary reference on Manmohan Singh, who died due to age-related ailments at AIIMS, Delhi on December 26 at the age of 92.
