Citibank and ICICI Bank will lock horns in the Plate Group final of the 63rd Sir Benegal Rama Rau RBI Shield Cricket Tournament to be played at the PJ Hindu Gymkhana on Wednesday.

In the semi-final match played on Monday, Citibank scored an emphatic seven-wicket win against HDFC Bank.

The star performers for the winner were Rahul Soni, who scored an unbeaten 60, and all-rounder Sagar Chemburkar, who claimed two wickets for 27 runs and scored 35 runs.

In the second semi-final played at the Oval Maidan, ICICI Bank off-spinner Aniket Kshirsagar took six wickets against Deutsche Bank.

Needing 45 to win, ICICI won by nine wickets.
