HC urges mediation in Kapur family trust row

The Delhi high court on Tuesday suggested that Rani Kapur, mother of late business- ‘man Sunjay Kapur, his wife Priya Kapur, and other family members should resolve their differences following the tycoon’s death through mediation in a “peaceful manner,” describing the present situation as “sorry.”
Justice Mini Pushkarna said, “Is there any chance that I can send the matter to mediation? It’sa very sorry state of affairs...Families are involved, but the way forward is that you all should resolve the dispute in a peaceful manner; the blessing should not turn into a curse.”
