The Bombay High Court on Wednesday refused interim relief to actor Shilpa Shetty Kundra and her businessman husband Raj Kundra after the two challenged a Look Out Circular issued against them.

The Kundras were seeking the court's permission to travel to Phuket, Thailand for a family trip this week. During the hearing, Shilpa and Raj’s advocates pointed out that the couple had cooperated with investigators in previous cases registered against them. Their counsel further noted that the two had travelled overseas “multiple times, and always returned”.
