Expelled AIADMK leader KA Sengottaiyan on Thursday joined the Vijay-led Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) and was appointed chief coordinator of the party's key state executive committee, signalling a boost to the fledgling party ahead of the 2026 Tamil Nadu assembly elections.
