Private Schools Slam Govt Plan To Give Book Allowance To Students

The Rajasthan government has decided to transfer ₹202 directly into the bank accounts of each student enrolled in private schools under the Right to Education (RTE) Act for purchasing textbooks.

This decision has sparked opposition from private school administrators, who argue that schools have already provided books at the start of the academic session.
