Cooler that killed doc in RNT shocks 1 more

A resident doctor of RNT Medical College's Dilshad Bhawan hostel received an electric shock from a water cooler on Thursday night, people aware of the matter said on Friday, adding that a 35-year-old doctor was electrocuted by the "same cooler" on June 18.

The incident triggered massive outrage among hostel residents who started a protest.
