SC asks J'khand HC to reconsider denial of childcare leave to judge

The Supreme Court on Friday told the Jharkhand high court to reconsider its decision denying childcare leave (CCL) to a senior judicial officer, a single parent, in the state, asserting it would pass the order if the issue was not resolved by next Wednesday.
NEW DELHI:
A bench of justices PK Mishra and AG Masih, sitting during the partial court working days, was hearing a plea by a judicial officer posted as district and additional sessions judge in Dumka, challenging the denial of her CCL request by the high court.
