Indian music has incredible energy: K-pop star Bang Ye-dam on his first India tour

Bang Ye-dam recently wrapped up his maiden tour to India on November 1 for the K-Town Festival 3.0. The K-pop singer, often dubbed the 'Justin Bieber of Korea', says that when he first heard Indian music, he was instantly drawn to it and hopes to try 'the genre' someday.

The 23-year-old shares, “When I arrived at the hotel, I turned on an Indian music channel. Music videos kept playing, and the energy was incredible! It made me think that I'd love to try this genre someday.”

Bang also admits that he had always been fascinated by India and its culture: “I really love Indian food and have a deep affection for its culture, so I wanted to experience the unique energy of this place in person.”
