PRD jawans deployed to operate river trolley

Pithoragarh district magistrate Vinod Goswami on Thursday directed Munsiyari sub divisional magistrate (SDM) to depute two Prantiya Rakshak Dal (PRD) jawans at the Ram-ganga river crossing to operate a manually pulled trolley to ensure safe passage for students on their way to school.

The trolley, currently the only means of crossing the river, is used by students from Bageshwar district who attend Nachni Inter College in Pithoragarh dist
