JAIPUR: The Rajasthan government's Udaan scheme, which provides free sanitary napkins to girls and women, has been stalled due to procurement delays since July 2024, an official familiar with the matter said.
The procurement delays have led to a complete disruption in supply at distribution centers managed by the Women and Child Development Department, the official said.
