NEW DELHI: Navy chief Admiral Dinesh K Tripathi on Tuesday released the Indian Maritime Doctrine 2025 that seeks to bolster jointness and integration among the three services, a prerequisite to theaterisation — a long-awaited reform for the best use of the military's resources to fight future wars.
