INDIA SUBMITS PROPOSAL TO HOST 2030 CWG

India, on Friday, submitted a formal proposal to Commonwealth Sport in London to host the 2030 edition of the CWG. According to the proposal, the Games will be staged in October for 12 days.
A delegation, led by Gujarat sports minister Harsh Sanghavi, with representation from the CWG Association of India and Government of Gujarat positioned Ahmedabadas the host city for the centenary edition of the Games.
