COURT UPHOLDS ORDER FOR F.I.R. AGAINST COP FOR ASSAULTING DOG

A city court has upheld the registration of an FIR against a Delhi Police officer for allegedly assaulting a dog with a stick in 2022, noting that the act of beating a dog does not constitute official duty.
