Flagship schools face construction delays

STUDENTS AND EDUCATORS CONCERNED AS NEW ACADEMIC SESSION HAS ALREADY BEGUN

LUDHIANA: Despite the March 31 deadline set by the former deputy commissioner (DC), the much-anticipated schools of eminence (SOEs) in Kidwai Nagar and Dholewal still remain under construction, raising concerns among students, parents, and educators as the new academic session has already begun.

The new school buildings, which are expected to provide state-of-the-art facilities, were meant to be functional by now. However, construction delays continue to push back the dream of modern education infrastructure in these areas. Officials have been conducting regular site visits and reviews to speed up the process, but the work is still incomplete.
