UP: 6 run over by train while crossing tracks

At least six pilgrims, including two minors, were Killed after they were run over by an express train while crossing railway tracks in Uttar Pradesh’s Mirzapur district on Wednesday morning, officials aware of the details said.
The incident took place at the Chunar railway station at around 9.15am. According to the Indian Railways, a group of passengers from the Chopan-Prayagraj passenger train (13309), which had halted at platform four, disembarked towards the tracks. At the same time, the Kalka-bound Netaji Express (12311), passing through the adjacent track, struck six of the passengers.
