EC flags presence of foreigners in Bihar

The Election Commission of India (ECI) has claimed that its field officials, during the house-to-house verification as part of the ongoing special intensive revision (SIR) of electoral rolls in Bihar, have found “a large number of people” from Nepal, Bangladesh and Myanmar living in the poll-bound state, people familiar with the matter said on Sunday.
