New parking charges for Princess Alexandra patients
Hertfordshire Mercury
|May 29, 2025
THE Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust is set to increase parking charges for the first time in five years.
-
The trust said the revised charges are in response to patient and visitor feedback on the availability of car parking spaces, and to ensure there is a contribution to the costs of maintaining its car parks.
The current public car parking tariffs have been in place since 2020, and the pricing structure works on the principle of an initial free period of 20 minutes and then charges for blocks of four, six, and 24 hours.
