UAE President's Cup showcases elite Purebred Arabians on Preakness Stakes

This iconic race is held as part of the celebrations for the 150th Preakness Stakes, one of the American Triple Crown’s most prestigious races.

The UAE President's Cup, recognised globally as the most prominent international series for Purebred Arabians, makes a powerful statement with its inclusion in this landmark event—underscoring both its global prestige and the UAE’s enduring commitment to preserving and promoting the legacy of Arabian horse racing.

The UAE President's Cup is a cornerstone of the international effort to elevate Arabian horse racing, empower breeders and owners, and safeguard the noble heritage of the Arabian breed.

As part of Saturday's action-packed Preakness programme, the Group I UAE President's Cup will headline the evening line-up at 7:43 p.m. (Maryland time).

The race will be run over 1 1/16 miles (1700 meters) with a total prize purse of $200,000, and is open to Purebred Arabians aged four years and older. It has drawn a competitive field of elite horses, trainers, owners, and jockeys from across the US and the global Arabian racing community.
