An investor handed over 99 Bitcoins to the owner of a cryptocurrency trading platform, with the aim of making profits through a professional investment department, especially with the weekly reports that were reaching him confirming the growth of his balance and the increase in the number of units to more than 113 units with a market value of about Dhs45 million, but when he tried to withdraw part of his assets, the owner of the platform stopped responding and
disappeared completely, leaving the Bitcoin units suspended without explanation or any possibility of recovering them, so he filed a lawsuit against him before the Dubai court Commercial Court of First Instance.
