The Want To Want Me singer was recently spotted at BIALO, one of Dubai's choicest hotspots with Dubai-based model Elvira Jain and word on the street is that he’s here to film a music video.
And, given his flair for drama, sequins, and shirtless choreography, we expect nothing less than a desert-sizzle-meets-skyline extravaganza.
