What action can employees take to claim unpaid salaries?

I work in a company with 49 employees. We have not been paid our salaries for two months. Twenty-two employees have protested by refusing to work and have threatened to file a complaint against the company. What is the procedure to file a complaint?

If you cannot settle the dispute amicably with the company, a complaint can be filed through the channels specified by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation within two weeks from the date of the dispute stating the type and amount of claim.
