Man fined for crossing mileage on rental car

The Abu Dhabi Commercial Court ordered a man to pay Dh2,391 to a car rental company for exceeding the agreed mileage limit for a one-day rental.
The dispute arose after the individual rented a vehicle for 24 hours at a discounted rate of Dh1,600. The agreement stipulated a 300km daily mileage limit, but he drove it for 623km.
