Insurance company refuses to cover warehouse fire damage

I own an auto parts company and have an insurance policy to cover all risks. Three months ago, a fire broke out in one of my warehouses, causing extensive damage to the building, furniture, documents, and auto parts. I filed a compensation claim with the insurance company, but they refused to pay. What steps can I take against the insurance company, and do I have a right to compensation?

You have the right to be compensated and to file a case against the insurance company at the Insurance Disputes Settlement and Resolution Committee to request for such compensation. Pursuant to the all-risk insurance policy for your properties that you signed, the insurance company is obligated to compensate your company for the damages you had suffered, in accordance with the terms of the contract.
