A penthouse in an off-plan skyscraper off Shaikh Zayed Road (SZR) has sold for Dh125 million.
Known as The Observatory, the penthouse is the crown jewel of Akala — a wellness-focused branded residence project by Arada, located near the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). The sale ranks among the top 10 apartment deals in Dubai so far in 2025.
