Palestinians in Gaza are still waiting for aid to arrive after Israel eased an 11-week blockade on Sunday, according to the BBC.

Israeli officials said 93 trucks entered Gaza on Tuesday but the UN says its teams have not yet been able to distribute aid.

UNRWA, the UN's Palestinian refugee agency, says supplies “sit waiting” in a warehouse just a few hours' drive from Gaza. Jens Laerke, the spokesperson for the UN's humanitarian agency, said no trucks were picked up from the Gaza side of Kerem Shalom, the Israeli border crossing with southern Gaza.
