APPLICATION TO CREATE PADEL COURTS

- By IVAN MORRIS POXTON

PLANNING permission is being sought for a new sports facility in Barton-upon-Humber for the "world's fastest growing sport".

An application has been lodged with North Lincolnshire Council to create padel courts at new units on an industrial estate.

The new facility would be in units of the Trade Yard off Falkland Way, Humber Bridge Industrial Estate.

A gym recently got planning permission next door, called Rise & Defy.
