A SPECIALIST doctor who has progressed through the NHS having come from Libya says hopes to encourage other international colleagues to follow her journey. Dr Gazala Layas has recently celebrated a promotion to specialist in acute medicine at Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital in Grimsby.
