To commemorate the 127th birth anniversary of Bhagwan Gopinath Ji, a revered saint, traditional celebrations steep in devotion commenced on the evening of July 6, 2025.

Bandipora designated as the Nodal department for the Pradhan Mantri Formalisation of Micro Food Processing Enterprises (PMFME) scheme in the district, successfully organized a work shop-cum-awareness programme at the Conference Hall, Dak Bungalow, Sumbal Bandipora.
Deputy Commissioner (DC) Srinagar, Akshay Labroo today paid a visit to Gopinathji Ashram Kharyar in Habba Kadal area of the district and participated in the program.
The event witnessed the presence of hundreds of devotees from various parts of the country, who thronged the Ashram to seek blessings.
