Brand expects its India biz to grow 35-37% in 2025
JAPANESE SPORTSWEAR BRAND Asics expects its India business to grow 35-37% in 2025, on the back of strong demand for running shoes, its managing director Rajat Khurana said on Wednesday.
With running now the fastest-growing sport in the country, growing annually by around 19-20%, Khurana said Asics India is aiming to become the market leader in the running shoes segment in the next three years. In 2024, the company reported revenues of ₹428 crore, around 25% higher than in the previous year. The company follows a January-December financial year.
