In his first media interview since joining the private bank, Virat Diwanji, national head — consumer banking, tells Mahesh Nayak that the bank has a targeted approach to boost the CASA ratio to 36-38% and recalibrate its loan portfolio towards medium-yield segments like SME, loan against property, and gold loans.
