Meesho to raise up to ₹5,400 crore through IPO

INDIAN E-COMMERCE PLATFORM Meesho will raise up to %5,400 crore through an initial public offering that will open on December 3, sources said.

The SoftBank Group Corp.- backed company plans to offer the shares at about ₹111 each, which is the upper end of the price band, valuing the company at $5.9 billion, said the source, who asked not to be identified discussing private information.
